Seven

During Mia's seventh month, she has grown into her BOB (we no longer need the infant attachment)...

...grown out of her jumper...

...visited with beautiful birthmom, Asia...
...Asia's adorable son, Nemo (he is 1.5 years older than Mia despite the sameness in size)...

and loved up by Nedejia (Asia's little sis).

We also zoomed down to Island Park for one last winter weekend before G & G Heinz settle into Arizona winters. Island Park is so lovely in the winter, almost surreal. I will miss it.

Amy and Eli came to visit as well. Mia and Eli had a fabulous time entertaining each other.

Mia also continued to receive lots of attention from her Great Grandma.

Little Drummer Babe

David has had a 3-year-long dream to own and master the djembe. He received one for Christmas and cannot seem to stop his rhythm. He is quite good. I thought the drumming might scare Mia because it is so LOUD, but from the beginning she has been mesmerized. Perhaps a throw-back to cultural ancestry?
